Marketing Work Experiences
Multifamily Advisor : Triqor Group
February 2022 - Present

Being the head of marketing cultivated skills of knowledge within the multifamily market that I wanted to use practically with real-life marketing. I currently contact and meet with multiple multifamily investors throughout Southern California each week to discuss their plans of wanting to build their equity. In addition, I perform property evaluations for these investors based off financials statements that they provide me. Then with that data, I analyze complex financial methods that include cash flow analysis, financial modeling, & sensitivity analysis. With that, I also discern rent and sales comps, listings, escrows, & cancellations to be updated with current multifamily market trends. After all of that, I present that data to the investors to justify the market price I set for their multifamily asset. After they agree, we review the transactional documents with buyers, legal documents, and representation agreements.

May 2021 - February 2022

After being with the company for about a year, I was promoted to Director of Marketing based off my qualification and experience with the company. My new tasks pertain to directing, creating and designing marketing materials such as email marketing campaigns, presentations, & proposal workbooks. I now oversee the research department and instruct them on what to look for with new listings, closings, and price reductions for multifamily properties to give the agents & brokers a steady stream of up-to-date info.

Marketing Analyst: Triqor Group
July 2020 - May 2021

Triqor Group is an apartment brokerage operating in the OC, LA County, and San Diego County. My tasks pertain to preparing marketing materials such as email marketing campaigns, presentations, & proposal workbooks. I also conduct market research of new listings, closings, and price reductions for multifamily properties to give the agents & brokers a steady stream of up-to-date info. Through the research I conduct, it creates leads to brokers and agents about clients who are interested in buying or selling property. In addition, I personally contact potential clients to convince them to buy or sell property currently listed by the company. 

Marketing Intern: Shop & Support
September 2019 - January 2020

Shop and Support is a non-profit organization that links the consumers to everyday giving to their favoirte charities. At this internship, I worked directly with CEO and founder of the company to identify & qualify potential partners, obtain key contacts information develop marketing materials, manage and support existing partners, develop social strategy and market research, and call prospective companies to schedule presentations. During this time I gained lots of knowledge of the Salesforce Platform.

Social Media Manager: Chico
September 2018 - February 2020

In September of 2018, my friends and I created a band called "Chico" and we created an Instagram to showcase our upcoming shows, merchandise, and fill in our fans on our daily activities. The username of the Instagram is @chicotheband

Director of Social Media: Veteran Hero Awards
August 2019 - November 2019

Beginning in August, coordinating with the lead organizer, I created a social media campaign to bring awareness about this first-time annual awards ceremony. I interacting with users online and answered questions about the website and nomination process. I developed uniquely styled posts to convey information about the ceremony. Using Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, the social media accounts have a combined total of 224 followers within one month of launching.

One Year Marketing Plan for Non-Profit: Patriots and Paws
January 2019 - May 2019

This business plan was developed by me in order to assist the non-profit, Patriots and Paws, to better improve the areas of their business that are need of improvement. The strategies outline new ways to collect success measurements, develop new social media promotion strategies, how to successfully target new volunteers, and obtaining consistent monthly donors via new fundraising strategies. Below is the overall business plan outline and a reflection paper to go over the process of working on it.

Market Research: The Center for the Holy Spirit
January 2019 - May 2019

Over the course of 6 weeks, my marketing team and I worked with the Center for the Holy Spirit, which is a division of Biola University, to conduct research in order to identify areas of in need of improvement. Here is the slide show that was presented to the founder of the program with our most important findings that we collected from a survey that we developed as well. Also linked below is the survey we handed out to develop our findings

Marketing Research Project: Oxman's Surplus Inc.
September 2018 - December 2018

This research project was focused on helping an existing business figure out what potential marketing strategies to implement to improve their business, and also gauge what the current customers liked about the establishment and what they didn't like as well. This report analyzes the data that was collected from a survey that was handed out and filled out by customers at the business. Down below are attached files of the project and a reflection paper as well describing my experience with the project.

Target Market Project: Resale Store Industry
September 2017 - December 2017

This research project analyzes the marketing environment of the resale industry in the United States, and information regarding two of the biggest competitors in the industry, and a hypothetical third business that I will create with the research gathered in order to make it successful. Accompanying the project (PDF) is a reflection paper (DOCX) on the project and how it and the class influenced me.
